The Guardian by natsumi33 The Guardian by natsumi33
Last summer my beloved dog died. I admired him so much for holding on even though his state was quite bad. He wanted to stay with us as long as possible. I won't ever forget him and I have the feeling that he is doing great in Dog Heavens. I am sure God will be happy to have such a wonderful animal in His gardens back. Because really, I have the feeling that this little fella was sent to us right from above. He did so much for us andf changed us for the better. I miss him really much.

When he became sick I imagined a big white Wolf at his side, guarding him from anything evil and bad. It helped me... If there ever was a guardian spirit such as that wite Wolf, I bet they'd be fooling arround right now somewhere in a better place :)

Be nice to your pets, love them as much as possible... You don't know what you'll lose and regret it. (but I am sure you love your pets ;) )

Beautiful! Me likes the color contrasts
You don't often see small red dogs in wolf paintings like this - I love how your dog makes it so much more personal.

*hug* I'm sorry for your loss. He sounds like an awesome dog.
Until really recently I had bit problems understanding how much a pet means for their family, but during this year, many old and good dogs have gone to the Dog Heavens. I have never had a pet, so it was hard at first to understand the deepness of that bond, but now I think I understand it much better than ever before in my life.
I still am at loss of words when someone so loved and loyal is taken from my close friends, so all I can offer is a hug and some over-used consolating words...

And, so that this wouldn't be all too depressed, I wanna say something about this pic also. It's so bright and happy, you can see how deeply you loved him. I really am amazed by the beauty and the hidden sadness in this picture.

Awww you had a dachshund??
So have I, those dogs are awesome!
I know how you feel. May favourite dog died one night too, she was still a puppy and we just couldn't explain why she died :(
I am confident that your doggie is very happy in heavens and I bet he's still watching you.

Now on the picture OO still loving your style I didn't know you're that good in drawing animals OO; it's great!
